Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions before you sign up to Obsidian K9 Academy.
1 – Should you wish to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to do this will result in the subscription fee being taken as stated on the option you chose to sign up to.
2 – There will be no harassment of any member(s) in the Discord community. An Academy Team member will issue one (1) warning, followed by a one (1) week suspension from the platform in which the abuse took place, followed by an immediate and permanent ban from the entire Academy.
3 – Anybody found to be impersonating another person will be removed from the Academy immediately without warning.
4 – If multiple (minimum of three (3)) complaints are made about a member, the member will be given one warning of their behaviour followed by a one week removal from the Telehram Group Chat or Facebook Group where applicable, followed by a permanent ban from the entire Academy. Should a member wish to make a complaint this will be made in writing and emailed to gray@obsidiank9.flywheelstaging.com where it will be evaluated. Please include the name of the member you wish to complain about and your reasons for this. Complaints may be dismissed.
5 – Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, and bullying will result in an immediate ban from the Academy.
6 – Abuse directed at your own or others dogs will result in an immediate ban from the Academy.
7 – If you are banned from the Academy you will lose access rights to the Discord community and the Website with immediate effect. No refund will be given.
8 – By signing up to Obsidian K9 Academy you agree to the subscription that you chose (1 month or annual) it is also your duty to cancel your membership should you wish to. The information on how to do this can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
9 – Humour, swearing, and ‘banter’ are all permitted within the academy but please be considerate to your fellow members.
10 – At Obsidian K9 Academy Training days, the above rules (where suitable) are active, and you may be asked to leave at anytime for deviating from these.
11 – Obsidian K9 Academy is a place to learn and grow as a Dog Trainer, whether that be professional or otherwise. If you are unable to learn or take advice, we may advise that you do not refresh your membership when the remainder of your subscription is up.
12 – All groups are private and you are not permitted to share anything outside of any groups written by anybody that was not you without their consent. This is to ensure all members feel safe in sharing their stories. Failure to follow this may result in legal action being taken.
13 – It is your duty to check the conversion rate for the currency of your country before signing up. This is not stated on the website because conversion rates are ever changing. All prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds).
14 – No refunds will be available once you have signed up. If you cancel your subscription early you will lose access to the Academy but no partial or full refunds will be given.
15 – At any time, an Administrator from Obsidian K9 Academy has the right to revoke your membership without warning if they feel you are not a good fit for the Academy. No refund will be given.
16 – When you provide a phone number we will use this number to contact you for your free consultation with a Trainer.
